Breakfast smoothie

In this smoothie we jammed a great amount of energy, which makes it an excellent morning booster!
This recipe is for either 1 person but a big portion or for 2 persons a smaller portion.
Ingredients
- 1 piece avocado
- 1/2 piece apple
- 1/4 piece cucumber
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 piece lemon
- 400 ml green tea (cold)
Servings: persons
Instructions
- Peel the avocado and remove the seed.
- Peel the apple and cut out the middle part.
- Blend all the ingredients together with a good blender.
