Here is our favorite smoked mackerel omelette.
The mackerel is a great source of Omega 3.

Instructions
  1. Beat up the eggs with the crème fraîche, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat up a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
  3. Pour the olive oil in the frying pan and add the eggs. Then throw in the diced Feta cheese, the spinach and the mackerel braked into pieces.
  4. When the top of the omelette is not too runny anymore, flip it over carefully.
  5. Cook the other side of the omelette for 2 minutes and serve it immediately.
Recipe Notes

We like to eat it with paprika cream.
