Very green soba noodle

Easy and quick noodle, full with broccoli. Makes a good, healthy and green lunch option.

Instructions
  1. In a big pot boil the noodle according to the instruction on the package.
  2. When only two minutes left from the boiling time, add the sliced broccoli and boil them together.
  3. Strain the noodle and the broccoli, but keep about 300 ml from the cooking water.
  4. Boil this water, then add the sliced garlic and the spring onion/scallion.
  5. After two minutes switch off the heat, add the Miso paste and mix it well.
  6. Stir the noodle and the broccoli into this "sauce".
  7. For decoration, you can add thinly sliced chilli peppers.
Tip:
  1. If you use seaweed noodle, it is usually salty, so you don't need to add salt or soy sauce. For normal soba noodle, add 3 tbsp soy sauce at the end.
